A great experience working with Gau and Derrick. Very professional and insightful. Was able to finally get the job done after 3 others were unable to do it. Let alone at a reasonable price. Will keep them handy for future work.
Darryl did a fantastic job installing my new heat pump. On a Saturday, in the heat.
He was on time, knowledgeable, answered my questions and thoroughly cleaned up all materials before he left.
Marquis’s was also there and did a great job working outside to set up the heat pump.
Both were friendly and professional.

Nam was AWESOME ***** 5 STARS.
Polite, kept me informed during the entire installation. I couldn’t have asked for a better installer. There was a minor glitch with a transformer (a manufacturing issue) and Nam stayed later then he probably needed to, to figure out the issue instead of leaving and having someone come out the following day to work on it. A+++++

The technician who serviced my A/C on Friday did not address the problem which continued after I got home from work and $245.00 plus $119.00 service call cost which lasted 23 minutes from entering my home to exiting my home! I called and promptly Steven Edwards came on Saturday morning who assessed the situation showed me exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done to repair the problem. He was knowledgeable, open and honest. I even purchased a maintenance plan for my heating and cooling system. The issue has resolved and I waited a couple days before writing this review to make sure that the problem was resolved. Thanks Steven and based on his work ethic and honesty I am giving a 5 ⭐️ review.

Steve did a great job. He came same day and got our unit working perfectly. Very professional and patient as I asked questions. He gave scenarios and options and was helpful. Very pleased.

Very mixed emotions. The company was responsive, fast, accommodating, polite, welcoming, friendly.
It appears today to be the industry standard to want to replace rather than repair.
I received 2 incorrect diagnosis's which led to the correct one thanks to my limited knowledge but being 100% aware of the condition that led to my service call and communicating this to the service technician. It's important to do your due diligence and know exactly what you are buying and paying for which was never fully disclosed to me, even after several attempts at trying to find out. VERY good thing I am a Procurement Professional who has working knowledge of repair and maintenance. "Silence is rarely golden" depending on your interpretation. I would've preferred to have been contacted by the owner of the company.
This common part should've been on the technician's truck, and I'd really like to know how any company can justify a $495.68 charge for a $20.00 - $30.00 part, that was labeled very creatively, that took less than 10 minutes to install. I understand Fairness and Reasonableness of an offer; I did not consider this to qualify. But had the part been available and ready to install, returning me to service immediately, I probably would've accepted the invoice amount and paid, maybe not so happily because a $200.00 - $250.00 charge would seem to be a much more reasonable offer for that simple service.
Let me add that I read in the invoice notes of the service call that "Talk to customer about system being 11years old. Explain to customer do that age cost to repair he may want to look at upgrading system. Customer not interested".
To paraphrase, was I being advised to replace the outside condenser unit to the tune of who knows how much money, at a labor rate of how much money, when all I needed to do was replace a $25.00 "Bad Start Component", which was also called a Compressor starter, which is more commonly known as a capacitor?

Had a Heating/AC unit installed last October. I was told that it was too cold outside to properly get a reading on the AC and it would have to be checked in warmer weather. I set-up an afternoon appointment, rushed home from work and waited. My wife was working from home also. I received a text that the technician was "on his way" and his photo was given to me. At around 4:30pm, I went outside to look for him, but found a door knocker on my screen door that he was sorry he missed me. No doorbell was rung and there was no knock on the door. Do yourself a favor: Don't be foolish and hire this company. You'll regret it....

Drew and Ralph were true gentlemen and full of knowledge, patience, and very thoroughly explained every step of the way. These true tradesmen are essential for all of our well-being, and, more importantly resolved an issue for me that had gone on way too long. They even advised me on what to be aware of when we are ready to add tile to the bathroom. I will use their service every time I need plumbing, heating and/or air conditioning help. I hope to get both of these amazing tradesmen, Drew and Ralph, too! I know that anyone from this company will be top notch! I am a VERY happy customer! Thank you!!!

Excellent experience from sales to implementation of 4 mini splits. We worked with Logan who was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable in both understanding our needs and walking us through their different product/install options. Install was very quick and seamless and their splits are high quality. We are very pleased all around - great team!
