Got a quote, they came saw our system then said they couldnt do it walked out and refunded my money. The weirdest and most unprofessional experience ive had in a long time. I think they need and upgrade in personnel.

We have used Citadel for over 15 years now. We recently completed renovations in our home and needed Citadel to come out and install new equipment. Gene came out, listened to what I was looking for and offered his suggestions. The technicians are great, on time and respectful. We will never use another alarm company. Citadel is the best!

We had Citadel install a new security system for us and they were absolutely amazing. Really quick installation, super friendly and helpful service, and just really easy to work with. The installation team was excellent and answered a ton of questions for us. They walked us through everything and made sure we were comfortable using the system. It's been an overall awesome experience across the board.
