I called Elite water restoration during eventing hours and Tom arrived next day early morning. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. Walked me through claim process and explained all details.
Pricing was very reasonable.Tom and his team were on time and did great job. Highly recommended
Elite promptly came out to my home after a pipe burst in my garage causing major water damage. Tom was available next day to assess the damage and did an amazing job helping me navigate recovery efforts. Arthur completed the restoration and did an amazing job. Arthur went above and beyond and placed a security tarp up to keep garage dry and items safe after job was completed! Definitely recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Owner Bill came first day to assess and did a very thorough walk through and explained every detail to my husband and I. That evening i received a call the crew would be there in the morning. They called a half hour before arrival and worked their tails off all day, m making sure they were caring for our furniture and household items like it was their own. Very meticulous in the clean up too. They are scheduled to come tomorrow to remove equipment and i have no doubt it all will be done in a professional ( and friendly) manner.

I cannot say enough good things about Elite. Prompt and on time service. I called and they were out the next day, assessed our problem and scheduled the service soon after that. They showed up exactly on time each time. Tom took great care of us, contacting our insurance company and working out all of the details with the adjuster. Excellent company to do business with.

I could not recommend this company enough. I had an emergency blockage flood my basement while I was on vacation at my investment property. Their workers arrived as quickly and conveniently as possible. Tom was so supportive and helpful! He walked me through how to communicate with the insurance companies so that I didn't get screwed over and even offered to come back whenever to work with the adjusters. Him and his team knew I was on vacation and went above and beyond to ease my concerns and continue to support me even when the restoration process was complete. I hope I never have to deal with flooding again, but if I do, I know who to call. They are family owned and much better than the more commercial companies!
