After the most recent storm we had an odd situation with our power. Lights are all on but no heat to the dryer or stove. (we lost a "leg") Academy came out ASAP and told us the issue was with PECO. He explained what was going on, what to report to them, was a good sport about my PITA dog barking at him and then refused my offer to be paid for his time. Great customer service from a professional.
