Worst customer service. Have been waiting on kitchen backsplash and shower tile for months. Keep getting different delivery dates and they refuse to share tracking/shipping numbers, which tells me they have no idea where my orders are. You constantly get a run around at this store. Management and staff are NOT customer centric.

I worked with Matt on an install for a tile shower floor. He was extremely helpful and took the time to give me a full understanding and what would be the most useful and beneficial to me. I appreciated him answering all my questions and looking out for my interest. Great guy and great facility. Thank you.

Upset that the show room hours say Monday through Friday 730am to 430pm and I get there a few minutes after 4pm and the hours on the door say Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm. Please fix your website. Traveled a half hour to get here.

I am a contractor and really enjoy working with Stormy in the showroom she is generally able to bring my customers the perfect tile choices the first time and is a pleasure to work with. A good change from the previous associate.

talk about sales representatives wishing they were doing something else other than actually helping a customer...my wife visited this location and was given such poor service she just walked out. perhaps they have a good product but you could never tell as they were not even to work with her on specific requests she had on tile size or pattern. maybe its something in the tile business but this isn't the first tile company we visited and the others were just as rude to their customers. off to home depot.
