Avoid at all cost. This company does not stand by their work. They quoted me for 3 guys and 4 hours. Instead I was sent 2 guys and it took 7 hours. When I complained, their GM told me I was overcharged by $590 in labor but I have yet to receive a refund. If I hadn’t said anything I’d just have been ripped off for that amount of money. Shady and dishonest.
Their movers damaged my TV, Desk, and broke the door at my old house. They have yet to address any of these concerns aside from a vague promise to contact their vendors. I have yet to hear from anyone.
Learn from mistake. Hire anyone else in town other than these guys if you value your money and possessions.
If I could give this company negative stars I would. They moved my family back in late April and the mess and damage they left behind was unbelievable. They damaged antique furniture from the 1890's and never said a word about it. Broke the knobs off the dresser, put them in the drawers and walked away. Placed a deep gouge in a 1940's bedside table, scratched our wood floors and damaged the dry wall in our new home. They left in such a hurry that stuff was thrown in wrong rooms and wrong locations and we couldn't even close our garage door after they left that evening. Somewhere in this move we ended up with items that were not ours. Obviously they didn't care about my property much less the person's whose items we ended up with. We contacted the company on many occasions and was assured that they would remedy the issue. But here we are 3 months later and about 10 IGNORED emails later and nothing has been done! NOTHING!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! AVOID THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR STUFF AND NOT FIX THIER MISTAKES!!!! Their motto is “Movers Who Care” but it should be “Movers Who Don’t Care”. The biggest disappointment was the management who continues to ignore my emails. They claim they have insurance to fix the damages and promise, in writing, that they will get it done but they won’t. Buyer beware.

Three guys, three hours, I finally cut them loose for a lack of effort. Here is what they were able to accomplish, shown in the pictures. Meanwhile, I moved everything out onto the lawn for them. I would absolutely never use this service or recommend them to anyone!

If you would like to have your furniture destroyed with no inventory accounted for, contact Two Men in a Truck. Photos Attached. Unfortunately, there's a lot more. Unbelievable nightmare.

These guys were moving SPECIALISTS. They were professional, fast, knowledgeable and personable. They got my furniture and TVs moved without any issues. Everything was wrapped up nicely. Every piece of furniture that was disassembled was reassembled quickly at the new place. Really great experience. Highly recommend!

Chris and Will were great to work with for my move from PA to SC! They were cautious about handling my items and how the truck was packed. They beat me to SC and were very gracious in the delay to unload the truck and on both ends were quick and efficient. Working with Stephanie to set up the move was effortless and would recommend for any move big or small! Thank you for making my move over 600 miles away painless.

Manny and Twin were amazing!! They moved items that professional movers in the past have been unable to move for us. They went above and beyond to make the whole experience a breeze for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for punctual, fast and efficient movers. They never complained in fact kept smiles on their faces the whole time they were moving oversized and heavy pieces of furniture! Great crew and experience all around!
