I have been using Ehrlich for years, my tech is Taylor n he is the nicest person, so respectful, he gives you time, just doesn't spray n run he goes over what he has done n if he sees anything he let's us know. Last year we were having trouble with carpenter ants he told us where he thought the problem was coming from. He gave us some suggestions on what to do n that's where the ants were, he came back to spray n so far we have not had anymore problems. Can't say enough about this young gentleman. You should be proud to have him on ur team!
Dustin H. is such a great Technician. Not only is he friendly and respectful but he’s also so knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and politely addresses them. Anytime we need service I always request Dustin H. Dustin is very kind and considerate when he visits our home and we appreciate him and his services!

I have been a customer with Ehrlich for year andSteve Bruce has been my technician for every one of them. He is professional, friendly and has always communicated well on when he is coming, what he is doing and if there is anything more he needs to address. I appreciate the extra attention. I would highly recommend him and his services.

Your service technicians have always been great. Since the company was purchased, the customer service has been absolutely pathetic. Recently a regional manager named Paul has been the resolve to current scheduling conflicts issues and lack of other customer service and I thank him. The technician today, Adam, was excellent as usual. Please continue to work to correct your customer service business practices because they need a lot of work.

Ehrlich's Specialist, Greg Nye, has given our family highest quality of service for many, many years. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and always goes the extra the extra mile to ensure

Steve is my service technician. He always shows up. And is very pleasant about doing his business. Always asks if there are any problems and anything that he needs to address. If so, he addresses them promptly and politely and in a very professional manner. He has provided me with nothing but expert service.

Dustin always does an excellent job for us... he's extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain and answer any questions we have. We couldn't be any happier with our service!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
