I highly recommend Central Penn Plumbing Service, Inc. Recently their technician, Brian, responded for an AC issue to my elderly parent. He was very professional, courteous, continually called me (out of town) to advise what he found and how he was going to fix it. He also called to advise me my mother-in-law had fallen in the home while he was heading toward his truck. He found her on the floor, picked her up, and stayed with her until a relative could get there. Brian, thank you so much for going above and beyond the scope of your job! Also, his work was great and he fixed the AC on one of the hottest days so far this summer.
Very pleased with the professional etiquette and knowledge expertise of the crew members that arrived. Price beat all local competitors, which is a huge plus. Will do business again. Highly recommend. A+

Central Penn Plumbing Service Inc has always been a company we can rely on. They perform preventive maintenance on our oil furnace twice a year to keep it efficient and reliable. We are also very pleased with the quality of the electrical work they performed for us which involved replacing a fuse box with a breaker box for a sub panel. They also bailed us out a few years ago by proving incredibly rapid emergency service on our oil furnace.

Over and beyond service!! Technician did his semi-annual service on my AC unit. Took care of everything, and even helped with a hose that was stuck to our socket. He took the time out to fix it! I'm very pleased with Central Penn Plumbing Service, Inc. Highly recommended!

Austin was a pleasant and competent service person. Took care and respected our property. Took time to thoroughly check our A/C system and drain our hot water heater. I recommend using Central Penn for all your heating and cooling needs. Great company

Earlier today, Mark arrived to perform seasonal maintenance on our home's HVAC system. He was on time and remembered the placement of our equipment from a previous visit. Mark is personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the initiative to add salt to our water softening brine tank and advised us of the need to add more. He is welcome in our home at any time and it would great if Central Penn could ensure that he performs all regular service for us.

Chris did an amazing job. He was very professional. Found the problem quickly and got the parts to fix our water heater. He made sure everything was working before he departed. We will definitely use Central Penn Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Great experience from the beginning. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions. They were patient and provided me all the information I asked for. After the free estimate on a new HVAC, he even came back a second time (for free) to answer more questions and ensure I had all the options I was looking for. Installation went very smoothly and completed in 2 days. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! We had a minor plumbing issue and decided to give Central Penn a call after receiving a postcard in the mail. The woman who answered the phone made scheduling super quick and easy. We called in the morning, and she was able to schedule a tech for later that same afternoon. Casey, the tech, was the best. He was professional, fixed the issue quickly, and happily explained the work he did. So grateful we got their postcard in the mail, and absolutely will be calling and requesting Casey for any future plumbing issues we have! Thanks for an awesome experience all around.
