We have used Jeffrey Wilbur Plumbing for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied each time. They have THE NICEST technicians I have ever had in my home! Today's project was completed by Mark Carbaugh, who is absolutely THE nicest, most courteous professional I have encountered so far! Mark was very careful to "treat my home the way he would want someone to treat his home". He was not only tolerant of my 2 1/2 year old grandson's repeated questions, but he enjoyed interacting with him and took time to explain what he was doing, much to my grandsons delight! As far as quality and service they are top notch, and pricing is in line with what is the current rates. I feel confidant, each time they come to take care of an issue, that it will be done correctly at a fair price. Thank you, Mark and Jeff Wilbur & company for providing good old fashioned quality customer service. We appreciate that more than you could ever know!

Great HVAC and plumbing service. Had a new furnace and AC unit installed Fall of 2023 and just had our first AC inspection today. Nick was very thorough and explained what he was doing both inside and outside. Went over a multi point checklist and included a replacement filter. Scheduled the Fall furnace unit inspection and love the efficiency of the job. Staff is excellent to communicate with and scheduling is easy. Highly recommended.

Nick came out yesterday 07/11/24 to repair our Air conditioner which was down for 4 days. They got us in as early as they could. Nick was very professional and got rate to work. Within minutes he was able to identify the issue. He explained everything and why this could have happened. Got the fix done and the house is cool again. We would recommend Wilbur Plumbing to anyone looking for a great business

Our air conditioner stopped working and Wilbur Plumbing sent Joe to fix the unit. Joe was on time, detailed, attentive and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. We were back up and running in short order and I am so grateful for his professionalism. Thanks Joe !!

Today our technician, Mark, was out to fix a small hole in our main drain to the septic tank. Not only did he make sure it was fixed correctly, but he was such a pleasure to work with, easy to talk to, and explained above and beyond what was going on with our plumbing system. I would highly recommend Jeffrey A. Wilbur plumbing and will be asking for Mark if we have any future issues! Thanks again Mark!

Nick worked on my family home today. Was absolutely amazing. Super professional and knowledgeable. He was able to identify there was a leak quickly, give a fix and scheduled a follow up in less than an hour. He showed up on time and was so pleasant. Love this company and glad to see my family home in such good hands!!

Joe was my technician today. He came out to do a full maintenance check on my A/C unit. He was early and knowledgeable. I signed up for the comfort club, which is a great deal if you plan to have more than one service a year. I would recommend Wilbur Plumbing, Heating, & Air to anyone looking for HVAC services.

As a retired property manager, I have experience with many HVAC companies, and Wilbur is top-notch. They are automated for efficient operations, but they retain a personal touch. When I have needed "urgent" plumbing service, since I bought into their upgraded plan, they provided it. Today, Joe did a thorough routine semi-annual check of my two heat pumps. Notably, he didn't waste money by replacing filters that were still OK, he added some freon where needed, and he explained the service in detail as he handed me a written summary report. Very satisfied!
