Bought a stucco home built in 1994. The builder never flashed the windows correctly. Over time water got behind the stucco and damaged the sheathing/wood framing. Got a stucco report first to determine what was damaged. Then I got bids from 10 contractors that specialized in this. The bids differed by $50k. Crazy. Eventually I was able to narrow the contractors to 2-3 and Shane/SMG plastering remediated the stucco on my home and replaced with James Hardie siding, replaced 7 windows and new front door. Looks great. Great value. Made suggestions to save money. Longer warranty than competitors. Attention to detail. Took a little over 3 weeks. Everyone thinks the house looks great. Shane and his crew were great to work with. They showed up very quickly after initial contact, gave me a very reasonable estimate, got to work within days, and finished the job very quickly. And cleaned up after themselves! They removed all stucco from my South Philly home, replaced the rotted wood and paneling underneath, and added siding back. They were able to fix construction issues that the previous builder missed. I absolutely recommend SMG.

Shane and his team replaced a section of stucco on my house with hardie board siding and painted exterior walls in multiple locations (and hung new light fixtures). During the project, they uncovered I had damage to the plywood underneath my fiberglass deck and promptly helped to resolve the issue for me (and were reasonable & accommodating as this wasn't in the original scope) - they replaced wood under the fiberglass and installed new fiberglass and covered with a high quality paint. I was very happy with how it all turned out. I found them to be responsive, reliable and trustworthy. They had a high attention to detail and walked me through every step of the process to make sure I was comfortable with the work. They were accommodating and flexible. I would recommend them to others and would be interested in having them come back in the future for additional work.

They were very thorough with their work and took a lot of care to make sure that everything was done properly.
