I only have high praise for Mike from Awnings on the Side. He responded to my emergency call for help when my 16 foot awning would not retract. I was nervous due to an impending storm, but by the end of the day after communicating with me several times; he replaced the motor and even cleaned the arms making them look brand new again. He truly went above and beyond that day and the only way I can show my gratitude is to share this positive review of his service.

Mike O'Keefe was very professional in the service he provided me, responding to calls in less than 24 hours. He was straightforward, clear about prices, and detailed about the features of the product I purchased. There were no "unavailable" materials and my awning was installed within three weeks from initial contact. Mike was very knowledgeable about the product and pleasant to deal with. I recommend Awnings on the Side to all my neighbors who comment on how nice my awning looks. It is like adding another room to my house for the summer.
