I am a long-time customer and have had a great working relationship with the ECS. Our tech today was Jason whom we have had for many visits to our house. Jason is one of the most knowledgeable techs that I have worked with. He is very proud and pleased to be working for ECS and that is important to me to hear that he supports the company that he works for.
He is friendly, very personable and takes time to explain things that we can understand. He solved an issue that we were having for years with the humidifier on our in-door unit. He considered a couple options and offered us the final fix, which involved going to steam. He knew how important this was to us and never gave up. He is more than just a tech as I consider him a friend. Thanks Jason for all that you do for us and all of your customers.
I applaud ECS and suggest that if you are looking for a change, give them a call. You won't be disappointed. Keep in mind that this is an unpaid solicitaton.
Roger has been providing great service in our home for over 10 years. He is honest and thorough. We are happy customers!

We were due for maintenance on our A/C and received a call from ECS to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Surprisingly, and happily, Roger showed up this afternoon and did what needed to be done. He also helped me with a stubborn in line water filter that wouldn't budge to allow me to change the filter. Between the two of us we won the battle and I was able to place a new filter. Thanks, Roger!

I have used ECS for 10+years! Roger has been providing service to our home since the beginning. I love that I have a trustworthy, honest and friendly technician coming to my home! I also use the comfort care program which I highly advise.

So very thankful for ECS! I called Monday morning and told them that our AC wasn’t working properly. They were out by 2pm that day, and Roger was wonderful! He took the time to explain the problem and fixed the issue. 100% recommend calling ECS for any of your heating or cooling needs!

Jason serviced the AC system at my parents’ house, and was THE MOST pleasant person. He has been coming here for about 20 years, and we have had a great experience every visit. I requested a service appointment as well, and specifically asked for Jason-l; his experience and friendliness speaks volumes.

ECS has always been good to us. They respond quickly when you have a heating/AC emergency and are excellent at preventive maintenance as well. Roger was our Tech today and he diagnosed our heat pump issue. He always provides excellent friendly advice! Highly recommend!!!!

Our experience with ECS over more than a decade has been excellent --for both installations and service. Roger and Sam did our maintenance service today--they are always efficient and considerate. Jason has also been a consistently excellent diagnostician when we needed help.

Been working with ECS comfort from past 3 years and have been on their platinum plan. Super happy with the service. Roger is the guy who has been maintaining our HVAC, water heater, heating etc. Extremely pleasant guy who honestly answers all my questions. Highly recommended company. Thanks Roger for your service!
