Highly recommend. This is the second time (two different houses) that we have used this company and they were great services both times. Orlando was knowledgeable, honest, and explained so much each time he serviced our appliances. Scheduling is no nonsense, advice, suggested repairs, and actual repairs are no nonsense. My family and I are grateful that the work is done well and the service is exceptional. For reference the appliances we have had serviced so far are two washing machines, one dryer, and a dishwasher. We have been able to get same days appointments both times which was also a bonus! Thank you!

This service company was not recommended to me, and was found on a simple Google search. Some rare times, these things work out well! My LG washer sprung a leak coming from underneath during the rinse spin cycle. I called Orlando and he answered on my first call (that's refreshing). He wanted to come that day (wow, people really still do that?) but I couldn't fit it in my schedule. So we scheduled for the next afternoon. Orlando arrived on time, was very personable and friendly. I showed him the washer, he opened the top, quickly identified the issue, cleaned the tube that was leaking and reinstalled it, and told me that the machine will work, but probably will need to be replaced in a year or two, but not today. Orlando was extremely fair in his pricing, very affordable. I have not had a problem with the washer since he was here. Thank you Orlando! You saved the day. I recommend him highly and would definitely call him again.
