We had a great experience with All Star Electric! Erwin (later joined by Sigi) was awesome, as was Sigi. They showed up at the beginning of the time window (and called ahead to let us know), gave us an estimate, and were able to complete the work on the spot/day-of. They kept us informed with pricing/recommendations the entire time, so we were never blindsided. We had a laundry list of things we needed done and they finished everything that day. We definitely recommend them and would happily use them again in the future!

Sigi and Samir came out to our house - same day call. They did a great job of talking us through options for the issue we were facing (air fryer tripped a circuit) and pointed out a few areas where we can improve our home's electrical system. They thoroughly fixed the issue, same day, and made other enhancements include correcting our home's grounding and installing a home surge protector. We are thoroughly satisfied and have encountered no further issues. Nice work! Would hire again!

Had a wonderful experience today with the gentlemen from All Star. Of course something always happens to me on a Friday. I came home Friday evening to no power to my kitchen and bathroom. My normal electrician does not operate on the weekends and I was not looking forward to going days without use of my kitchen. So I hopped on Google to find someone in the area that operates on the weekends. Mentor came out this morning to troubleshoot my problem. He identified the problem quickly. Unfortunately it was not a simple fix, so he called Orges and Eddy to help. All 3 gentlemen were professional and fixed the problem. It took nearly all day to complete, but they stayed until the job was done. Pricing was fair as well. I’m so glad I took a chance on these guys. I got my kitchen back a few days early, and also may have prevented a future safety hazard. I will be using them for any future needs.

I would like to give a high recommendation to All Star! I was placed in a position with no electricity in my home late in the afternoon. Earvin was able to come out to assess the issue and kept me aware of the situation throughout his troubleshooting steps. He explained everything that needed to be done and presented me with an estimate before scheduling the job. Eddie and Ogres arrived on time the next day after texting me in advance. They again assessed the job and let me know what they needed to do. Their work was efficient and professionally completed and they pointed out what was done when they finished. They also cleaned up the area where they were working. Once completed they provided an estimate to me for additional work I was asking about and ensured I was satisfied with the work. Thanks to Earvin, Eddie, and Ogres, excellent work! I will definitely hire again for additional electrical work!

Sloppy work, about to call L&I on these guys. They left a black and white stripped wire plugged into in outlet. What a hazard!!!! We are still waiting on a call back days later! We Do Not Rent Out Any Space in OUR Home. My daughter stayed in that room. As was stated I was away in MN for the last year and a half starting a Contracting Business! My wife totally over looked this, and my daughter was told by you “Not to touch it, because the lights in the basement will go out”! She just text my wife this, as she is currently away in College. This aside…. What happened to Our Return Call????
