I had an okay experience. It was a 2 day process. First day was removal of items that could be donated and 2nd day was trash removal. They did clean the house well of trash, but for an estate clean out it should have been more of a collaborative effort like I expressed before hiring them for the job that I was staying during the process to see things being removed to see if I wanted or needed to keep anything. Day 1- donation day, I noticed items in good condition being removed without consulting home owner to see if it was something owner overlooked and wanted to keep.
On day 2- trash removal day, there were a few things I didn't like on trash removal day. Many items were removed without consent that owner was indeed keeping. Even though it was a junk removal, it's best to ask if items set aside were trash or are they being kept by the family. As I'm going through items that were put to the side AWAY from junk to be removed, some are missing. This seems very deliberate and I'm not happy about it because the items were clearly marked to not be removed for trash.
I would not use the company again for junk removal or estate clean out!

They built our patio furniture!! They did a great job. Highly recommend!!

The service was quick, the job done completely, and the two young men were extremely polite and conscientious. The only problem was that I think the company (and me, actually) underestimated just how much an old player-piano actually weights. The two men, though obviously pretty strong, were simply not enough to move the thing over difficult ground. Even after spending an hour dismantling as much of it as they could, it was still too heavy. As a result, my 68-year old self had to be pressed into service to actually get the job done. Other than that, it was great.
