Tried to get some pretty straight forward answers from them on what an ETA would be. They refused to tell me. I asked if it was the Motor what would the eta be to get a replacement motor. Do you carry this model in stock. Refused to let me know. We didn't care about the diagnosis of it or the charge for it. We needed an rough ETA on the repair. If it What I already know to be fact the bearings of the motor because I used to repair these. But they refused. So they could of had the item already in stock but lost a customer because of it. The women I spoke in the phone spoke to me as if I was a moron. Well is your boss there? There has to be this or that as well? All these questions I know the answers to but still spoke like I was a moron. I used to repair these thing so I know what I was talking about. So rather then checking and possibly gaining a life time customer they lost one. Good job great business model.

The repair person was efficient and courteous. He actually schooled me on the operation of the unit. Did all work required in an efficient manner. Great job.

5⭐️ Mr. George was on time explained everything he was doing and why. He was able to find a blockage in my system and it ended up being a bird stuck in my system. He removed it and was out within 35 mins. System back up and running like normal . Will def use Angel Heating & Cooling again.

Angel came out to service my heat on a Saturday which i appreciated. The guy came out looked at my heat and said he was unable to fix it because he did not have the part. He told me that i would have to wait several days for them to get the part and he was going to wave the service fee for the inconvenience. Meanwhile I have no heat in my house. I was able to find someone else to fix my heat. On Monday they called to collect the service fee they said was waved.

All around great HVAC company. Used them for new installations and maintenance and have only had good experiences. Prompt response time no matter when you call. I’d also recommend their annual maintenance plan. Has come in really handy!

Technician George is the best. Diagnosed the problem and made the adjustment to the boiler within minutes. He was honest and informative. We were very pleased with his service. This company will not overcharge you.

My experience with Angel heating has been great. For the past two years, the same tech has been dispatched to my home and offers great insight on how to continue maintaining my older furnace, along with advising what replacement costs may look like.
