We were very happy with our countertops and installation. Oleg and his team did a great job. We do have to say, however, BUYER BEWARE and NEVER order tile from Colonial Marble and Granite at Philadelphia location. There were many delays and customer service was HORRIBLE…. bullnose didn’t arrive with original tile order and we had to wait weeks which led to delays with our tile installation and completion of kitchen. We were also told at the time of tile selection we could return unopen, unused extra tile boxes and when we called to return ($400 worth), they said supplier would not take tile back. We were extremely disappointed and would never recommend Colonial Marble and Granite for Tile.

In my 30 years experience in the construction industry Colonial is hands down the most incompetent company I have ever worked with. Couldn’t find the material they guaranteed me they had so they delayed the first install by over a month. Then when they did come they didn’t bring all the parts I needed, but did bring a bunch of additional ones that didn’t anywhere that they just left. 3 weeks later, when they still hadn’t returned with the missing pieces, I called to find out what was going on and they had just kinda forgotten. So they said they had to send someone out to template for those pieces again. “Fine” I said “just get them her soon please.” Two weeks later they sent someone out. Fast forward 3 weeks, I still haven’t heard anything, so I call again. They have no record of sending the template people, nor do they have the templates. “Are you sure someone came?” They asked. They actually asked that! I mean, I had put in temporary counters and the person they sent ripped them out and took them without asking. So yeah, I was fairly sure! It should also be noted that they took several of the extra pieces they had brought the first time with the intent of using those to make the missing pieces. So you can imagine my surprise when I called them a few weeks later to check on the progress and they told me they could no longer get the materials! When I pointed out that they in fact had it because I gave it too them, they just really did t have an answer. This is still an ongoing saga. ?♂️ Avoid like the plague!

I got counter top and back splash from these crooks. My back splash was roughly 50 sq ft of material I was charge for 60 sq ft as they claimed it was due to waste. It cost me an extra 1000. Lady at Troy Granite told me they would do that and i didn't listen. Please listen. To me and use someone more reputable and honest.

We had a fabulous experience with Rita. From the moment we arrived Rita’s assuring guidance was just what we needed. We never felt she was pushing us. We bought a white quartz countertop, backsplash tiles and an under-mounted sink. We had a specific idea of what type sink we wanted. She showed us options of what they had in the store. After looking around at other sinks and options in other stores and websites, we realized that Rita’s suggestion was actually the better option for us. Communication was dependable. Installation is perfect. The tiler is an artist. We called him the next morning to thank him. Terrific attention to detail…he configured the tiles perfectly so that the main visual area of tile was flawless. The electrical sockets were cut to the centimeter. For our next project we will use Rita. Thank you Rita!!

My new quartz countertops were installed today and I’m am so very pleased with the job Colonial Marble & Granite did. Shoutout to Rita and the gang in the office who walked me through the entire process and answered all of my many questions. Everyone went out of their way to get the job finished in time so that I can host my family for Thanksgiving. Great customer service and fast turnaround time from start to finish.

Colonial has been the highlight of my entire renovation, mostly thanks to Denny, who was incredibly helpful with choosing materials for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. He gave great advice tailored to my practical needs, the look I wanted AND my budget, with just the right balance of making the most of our time in the showroom while giving me space to weigh options. He then went above and beyond my expectations by navigating some frustrating issues with my architect with admirable tact and patience. The templating and installation crews were friendly & efficient…I was surprised at how quick & clean that process was. My kitchen is now exactly what I’d hoped for, I’m feeling confident about how the bathrooms will be, and I know I’ll appreciate these choices for decades to come. Thank you, Denny!

We had a wonderful experience with colonial. After shopping around a bit we stopped in their showroom. They had tons of options to choose from. Rita was super informative. She walked us through the process and gave us a great price $500 less than everywhere else we looked. Templating and installation was a breeze. Everyone was punctual and professional. We are very happy with the results. I will definitely recommend colonial to friends.

Absolutely horrible. Denny was a great sales rep. Beyond that, pretty much everything that could go wrong , went wrong. They sent the wrong bathroom tiles, delaying our project for another week, refused to admit that they mixed up the order. They then sent the wrong cabinet and vanity (sent two sinks with a vanity templated for one sink.) Then proceeded to template the wrong size vanity. Finally, agreed to send the new vanity and countertops and do the install. The delivery drivers show up and have no way to carry the vanity up the stairs. Then they claim that they do not know how to install the sink. Called and spoke to John, who claimed: His workers did not know they had to do the install; If they did know they had to do it, they couldn't because of a vent issue; His installers didn't have the tools to do the install regardless; and then He wouldn't trust his workers to do the install. Absolutely absurd. All this with zero resolution.

Contractors came to install my countertop on 3/23/2022. There was a contractor who had a really bad attitude. These guys left the site without finishing the job. I attached a picture of how they cut my countertop. They cut the countertop put the sink on the top of the countertop. The order I requested was the sink needs to install under the countertop. I spoke with the home depot kitchen cabinet designer and she said that this sink shouldn't be installed this way. I am still waiting for a response from home depot to reach out to this company to get this job done properly. I need this job to be done asap so I can not use the water due to they are still not fishing their job. Currently, my family has to use a small stove to cook and bring dishes into the restroom to wash them. It is very painful and takes so long for me to wait for the contractor to visit and get this job done.

Assad was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns. After I picked out my countertops I choose a backsplash. Assad didn't push any extras or steer me toward expensive choices. When we were going over the figures he pointed out that he could show me some backsplash that cost half of what I had chosen. I appreciated his honesty. The prices were very reasonable also.

Stopped into Cavas beautiful showrooms on Washington Ave and was so blown away by their customer service that I immediately called them when building my new home. Their service, products and craftsmanship are top notch and I couldn’t imagine ever finding a company I’d refer more than Cava (I only had granite done).
