Amy was wonderful and helping me select my backsplash for my kitchen. She took the time to break everything down with my kitchen cabinets, my countertop sample, and a sample of my flooring. She was so helpful. Then paul ferraro installed my backsplash. He was awesome! Positive, confident And upbeat attitude. He protected all my countertops flooring cleaned up as he went through his job each day. The backsplash is gorgeous. So conscientious and reliable. Highly recommend him. Definitely five star.
I have had a great experience with The Tile Shop for my main bathroom and kitchen backsplash. I unfortunately could not get there and they worked with me thru text and calls. The was a massive undertaking and they were patient with me. They gave very good and detailed advice based on process of elimination. I am fortunate to have worked with Reyna. Very detailed sales rep and have honest opinion on questions I kept asking. I have not had great experience in customers service as of lately and The Tile Shop is a A+. Thank you.

Very helpful customer service and expansive selection of tile. The multiple kitchen and bathroom vignettes offer a myriad of design ideas and instant visualization!

Tile shop has been extremely helpful in designing our fireplace, bathroom and bar area updates.
I would like to give a shout out especially to Cody Chismark on his expertise and ideas he walked us through and helping with our selection process. He was so patient and calm when we were all over the place and guided us by listening to our ideas and color scheme.
There are so many options and great pictures online that you can visualize which was cool.
Once we were final on selections, Cody helped us with ordering everything to the detail and materials were ready to be picked up on the date we were promised.
We are still working on the project but soon will post pictures once it is complete.?

2nd time we’ve come here for a project and both times were a great experience. Chelsea helped us this time with great input and great attitude/customer service!
Stands out when every other store’s staff seems to just be going through the motions and unhappy with their day.

I worked with Brian Kunz here and the entire experience was perfect. He helped me find the tile I wanted, thin-set, grout, trowels, the works. I did this project myself and Brian talked me through all the steps in a way that I don't think other places would. Great selection, knowledgeable staff; I will go back here for all my tile.

The selection good. Joe really looked out for me and didnt try to push Buy the curb I was looking at. I ended up not buying anything but I still may. Point is I'm Not turned off. Even though theres so many choises it's a bit overwhelming, if you find joe he will stick with you and help. I am already in the middle of a tile job but when I start the other bathroom. I'll probably head back and find Joe.

I like that I was able to purchase (refundable) samples to take home. Also that the price marked is the price that I paid - no add-on for shipping. Also the selection was vast, the quality high, and the manner in which they are displayed is the best I've seen anywhere. Very satisfied, highly recommended.
