I cannot say enough kind words about this tile shop. I worked with Jennifer and she was amazing. Listened to what I was looking for, chose different options and was very budget friendly. Tile came in on tile and exceeded my expectations. We had a mishap and one tile broke while being installed. Instead of having to order another case and delaying the project, the shop gave me the sample tile to use! It was beyond appreciated. I looked at many tile shops while renovating my home, this one exceeds all the others and is 100% worth the trip!

Yesterday I walked in and was treated with total disinterest and neglect by two different associates. The overwhelming sense is that they don't really want to sell to ...me? One salesperson was lavishing lots of attention on a young couple who had no idea what they wanted. She didn't even have the courtesy to say, "I'll be with you in x minutes."
