Flynn was my first real job at the age 19. Throughout the years I started as a laborer in the field and gained tremendous respect for all of my fellow workers. I’m now a Senior PM at Flynn so you can see how the company builds and trains employees. Flynn is a place where you can grow, feel comfortable and honestly a place that I want to retire from. The owner Tom O’Connor has a passion for his company that has no words. His heart and the way he treats his Flynn family is beyond imagination. I’m very happy, thankful and privileged to be a part of such a great company.
We have worked with Flynn on numerous projects in the NY area and honestly love the partnership we have. The key to a successful project is the management and Darien makes sure to keep everyone in line and on schedule. We look forward to keeping a strong relationship while taking pride in the work we put out for each and every project. Team Flynn!

I have been working with Flynn for some time now and I have never had a problem in regards to work or billing. The PM's Adam, Nate, Jeff, Darien & Adrianna are very professional and great to work with as well as the Superintendent Bill. I personally grew fond of Heather who works in billing, she is always on top of all the projects as well as Stephanie. Flynn has a great team, very honest and trust worthy. I will continue to work for Flynn as they are always so great to work with.
