We had our carpets and furniture cleaned on July 6. While I've been using sears for years, this time wasn't so good. I called and told Christy, she made arrangements to have her crew come and reclean. This time a gentleman named Aaron came. He and his teammate were wonderful! My carpet and furniture are looking so much better. Thank you folks, you did not fail me!! See you next year!
The carpet looked worse after than before the cleaning. They cleaned the carpet very quickly and when it dried, only the cleaner areas were cleaned at all. The heavier-soiled walking routes were unchanged, making them stick out even more than before the cleaning. We called and they came back and cleaned the heavy areas again, but there was no change. I asked the technician is there was any different product or method they could use for better results, and he said no. We called Sears for a refund and they said they would send another team out, but not refund. The team has already said there was nothing else they could do, so we are out $250 and the carpet looks terrible! Our old carpet cleaner went out of business, and they never had any issues getting the carpet clean. Very upset! The “after” photos are below.

Highly recomend Sears Carpet Cleaning service to all upper level apartment and condo owners and renters. Their portable equipment did a fantastic cleaning job. The workers were very professional as well.
