The installers that came out to my mother's place we're very good. They were professional and had great personalities, and just did an awesome job. They cleaned up all the old door and took it with them and after installing the new door, cleaned everything afterwards. They even wipe the door down. They did a excellent job I would definitely recommend this company. And when I have more garage door work for them to do they will be my first call
This was the second time in about 12 years that we've used Monarch Door Company for Installation of Garage Doors. The first time we lived in a larger home in another location where we had three Garaga Doors installed. The Sales Rep in both cases was from Monarch Door Company, namely Chad Lichtenwalner. He was knowledgeable and precise. Chad actually spent some time measuring existing doors and space, which most other Reps basically "eyeballed!" Chad pointed out some parts that needed to be replaced, for example, cracked 2x4s from the original installation and skinnier and inferior brackets, which other Reps did not notice or point out. Chad is a true professional and customer friendly without any aggressive sales tactics, he's very patient and informative, and follows up on concerns. His Install Team knew their trade well, especially since Sales Representative Chad wrote up very precise specs - unlike other Reps who were either not experienced and knowledgeable enough or who didn't demonstrate a professional and accurate proposal and the motivation to do the right installation. Sales Reps from other Companies we contacted and sought Estimates from also didn't follow through with promises/commitments/references, or gave incorrect information upon inquiries on Estimates. -Reily in the back office was also very timely and diligent in following up with appointments, garage schematics prior to garage door installs, scheduling, and payment processing. -Due to the longer distance Chad's company had to travel to get to our location, the installation cost slightly more than the "Estimates" from several other Installers, but we feel lucky to still have found Chad's Monarch Door Company more than a decade later to have our most recent Garage Doors installed by Monarch Door Company. -This is an authentic Review of two actual installations Monarch Door Company did for us, one close to the Jersey Shore, and the other in Central Jersey. -M.S.

Tried to open our garage door the other day and it wouldn’t go up. Realized that the spring at the top of the double door broke. Called Monarch at the phone # that was listed on the garage door and got an immediate response. We had gotten the door originally from them over 15 years ago. Since their system didn’t have an archive going back that far, they asked me some questions and asked that I send some pictures so they could see what type of door and spring it was and to order the parts. Within a day, they had the parts and scheduled to come out for the repair. They were very timely and after about a half hour, the door was fixed and I could get my car out of the garage! I was very pleased with their service.

I am glad to recommend Monarch to anyone needing to have their garage door repaired. The repairman did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my door and he had it fixed in a short time, including making a trip for the needed parts. He also noticed my overhead light bulbs were burnt out and he replaced those for me when i provided the new bulbs. Great service!

We needed a replacement garage door and the installation of a closer. Monarch visited my home, carefully surveyed and measured for the quote and installation. They provided a quote that was a better value than other bidders! The installer arrived when promised, installed the door and closer neatly and with excellent workmanship. We are thoroughly pleased!
