We had an emergency on a Sunday night. We came home from vacation to no AC. We recieved a call back very quickly. Mike Spatz came within an hr. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had to order a part, came next morning to repair the unit. Mike was very informative. A+ service.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I get from Advanced Comfort Specialists. I have been using them for a few years and continue to renew the service contract with them. I ALWAYS have professional interactions from the office (thank you Gina and Brad) to all the technicians. All the technicians, including Dave R., Don S., and Aaron, always arrive on time and are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. When I did have a heating emergency, the problem was quickly fixed. Overall, they have exceeded my expectations and earned my trust and future business. When I am ready to replace the heating/air conditioning unit, I will gladly give them my business.

I highly recommend Advanced Comfort Specialists. I reached out yesterday evening because my furnace was backfiring & shaking the entire house when it would first ignite. The owner, Chad was awesome & asked if I wanted a technician to come to my home that night, but I told him it could wait. Their office manager called me first thing in the morning & had me scheduled for a service visit by noon! My service technician, Don was on time, courteous, professional & personable. Don was excellent, he diagnosed the issue, fixed my furnace and had the heat back on in about an hour. He fully explained the problem & made some suggestions as to how to keep my furnace running at its optimal capacity. Excellent service from start to finish!!!

Their pricing is also very reasonable. We had our old furnace replaced with a new more efficient furnace and an inverted heat pump. We are very happy with the results.
