We are satisfied with the impresive work Comfort Pro did at home. Our heater broke and we also needed a water tank replacement. Ben was very straight forward with what was needed, very detailed with pricing options and got the technicians to complete the work all within 4 days. The new equipment looks neat and the technicians left the area clean. They were also open to answer our questions and concerns. We are grateful for Comfort Pro as they were our second opinion. We are glad that we kept researching and thanks to a friend recomendation we found them!
Comfort Pro has been great. Derrick came out at 8pm and got me going for the night, Jeff came back the next day to make sure everything was working. They were both professional and timely. I’ll use Comfort Pro for my new system this fall

I have a contract with Comfort Pro for my heating and air conditioning. I always ask for Zane. He is the best! I have been using this company for years and have had excellent service.

Zane and Anthony were terrific. Very respectful and professional. Our first time using Comfort Pro for maintenance. So glad we made the switch. Very pleased.

I was very happy with the service. I had the air duct vent cleaned. The tech was very professional and explained everything. He showed me the before and after of how my vents looked.He took his time and did not rush. I would definitely use comfort pro service again and would recommend to others. Thanks again.

The technician who did our Spring check up was very polite and friendly. He was also neat and organized and completed his work without any issues.

After a slow start and a struggle to get clear communication, the owner Steve got involved. He explained that new team members had recently joined and were being trained. Soon after, the process and communication moved smoothly. Our heat pump had a very challenging problem to diagnose and repair. Abelis is an absolute star. Deeply knowledgeable, he approached it diligently, systematically, patiently, and with careful communication with me through to problem solved. I'm very grateful.
