If you are debating if it's worth spray foaming your house let me say that it is totally worth it!!! Our house used to be so drafty. But now when it was 5° outside our house stayed nice & toasty! They are very good at what they do! They cleaned everything up & left it how they found it! Very easy to communicate with & arrived when they said they would! Get the spray insulation & have these guys do it! You'll be glad you did!!
We are incredibly happy with the work we had done by South Central Services. We were able to see, feel, and smell a difference in our basement almost immediately. After getting the basement crawlspace encapsulated our allergies have decreased, and our home is maintaining its temperature more efficiently. The team was neat, quick, and efficient. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any of their services.

We contracted with South Central Services (SCS) to have our roof insulated with closed cell foam insulation. Killian was very knowledgable and explained the entire process to us in person. The employees were very considerate of our home and made every effort not to leave behind a mess. The entire installation process took approximately one week. When we discovered an area that hadn’t been sprayed due to the fiberglass insulation not being removed SCS came back and promptly sprayed that area once the previous insulation was removed. Their ability to access all areas of the roof was impressive. The spray application was thorough and uniform. The spray foam also makes for a much cleaner attic. We chose to delay our review until we had several months to compare our electric bills with past electric bills. Our savings with the new insulation has been quite substantial. We have not been disappointed in any way and would recommend SCS to anyone considering closed cell insulation.

What a great experience dealing with this team. From the office, to the owner, then the install team, what a seamless experience this was. I've held off on this project for years as I was never sure what to expect. When Killian laid out the plan there was no doubt in my mind these guys would deliver and they did.
Special thank you to Franklin, Travis, and 3rd guy who I can't remember his name(sorry). They answered all my questions in detail I could understand.

Just had them spray foam a basement project. Excellent work!
The crew was very thorough and cleaned up the work area after they were done. I was surprised how affordable spray foam insulation is.

Thanks so much for great customer care and service from South Central Services! We had a portion of our kitchen completed with the spray foam insulation (west wall & portion of attic) done… and the whole process took approximately 2 hours.
Very neatly done and a very clean look at the end.
