I walk in the store and felt like my skin offended the customer service rep there was no good morning just a nasty how can I help you I felt racially profiled after already spending 400 dollars in there business I will never spend money in there again and I felt very deeply offended as a black African American male

Fantastic, friendly customer. Stopped in at 7 AM to inquire about my broken faucet in a hard to get white finish. Kim at the front desk couldn't have been any more helpful in locating exactly what I needed and having it delivered to their store by 4 PM the same day. Would definitely recommend this store for all of your plumbing needs.

i think it is the worst company to deal with there is no customer service you go in there and they all have an attitude god forbid you dont know what the part is called oh my god its like you killed their frist born iam a contractor and i have been going there for years i always went to the show room and they got rid of the best help they had now i shop anywhere but there apr is good rj walker and hajoca i have spoken to a lot of people in the area and they said the same thing

I needed a replacement effluent pump for a septic system. Not only did EPSCO have exactly what I needed, the price was right in line with what competitors sell for online. I was relieved that I didn't end up paying more since I'm a homeowner and not a contractor with a regular account. They're a great business who makes buying local a good experience.
