Absolutely loved the costumer service; and the technician that came out for the service to my home. Eric came a bit earlier than what was expected, was extremely helpful in explaining what was going on. Wasn’t crazy about the price for service however I have no complaints.

The experience working with them was absolutely hassle-free from the start till finish. Clear lines of communication, accurate estimates for cost as well as timeline for completion. The two-person crew that worked on our home were very professional and respectful and took time to answer all our questions. The Interior of her house was damaged from a really bad storm that took half our roof off. Are recess lighting in the kitchen and basement had to be redone, some outlets and all ceiling fans as well. All Phase Electric did a fantastic job!! It's even better than what we had before. There was even a concern that was on Peco's end,that we reached out to All Phase,and without hesitation , they came out to check for our piece of mine which was great! Everyone, including the receptionist,are so nice and polite. Very professional, friendly and great communication. Even when they would come to the house they would wear booties on their shoes before entering. Definitely recommend All Phase Electric!

I have used all phase electric twice now to install an EV charger in my garage. The first time was in 2018 and the second time was just this past week. Both times, they did an excellent job with minimal openings required in the drywall from my basement, they hid their conduits and cables very nicely, and the chargers were great. I recently recommended them for a neighbor as well, who recently purchased a vehicle.
