I have a painting business in Red Lion, PA (High Tide Painting) and we re-painted the interior of a smoke damaged house for IDS. Everyone was really easy to work with, especially Jed. The guy is a great foreman and knows construction inside and out. I would definitely do work for IDS again.

After dealing with a lot of people trying to get the damage fixed from a plumbing leak, I contacted Impact Disaster Services who sent Jed to help me out. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and someone I felt i could trust to give me a fair price. His work was perfect and efficient which was great. I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and competent company that does fantastic work.

As a pastor we tend to move often. One evening right after moving into a new parsonage the old boiler filled the entire basement den with smoke. We were thankful there was not a fire, but worried because all of our things seemed to be ruined by smoke damage. Our insurance had us interview numerous services. Michael and the people at Impact Disaster Services were the most honest, down to earth, and kind people we met. Their work was better than we could have imagined. The room was repainted, tile redone, floor refinished, and everything was cleaned like new. It was done in such an annoyingly short period of time that I didn't have to take time off work to play video games. I hope you don't have to use a service like this, but if you do, go with Impact Disaster Services. You won't regret it.

I had water in my walls, ceiling and floor as a result of a leak from my water heater. It was a mess! I picked IDS out of a list of restoration providers. I'm so glad I did. They came out immediately and took care of the problem. In less than a day, they ripped out all the wet ceiling, walls and floor tiles. They dried everything out. (See photos) Since they were so responsive in cleaning up the leak, I chose them as my contractor to replace everything and I'm so glad I did! They did a great job. Everyone on the team was very friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and I had confidence in their work. They finished the job and I am very happy with the results. I will be using them for future projects. Thanks Andrew, Jed, Andrew and Rick

Having IDS rebuild my house after a fire was easily one of the worst decisions I’ve made. The “contractors” lacked basic skills. Over the months that it took to rebuild my house, I had several different project managers, and countless workers as they could not seem to keep staff. The workmanship was atrocious. After a few years of going back and forth with the owner about items that need fixed, I am still stuck with floors that look like they were done by a child. They did come back to stretch the carpet which made them look slightly better for about two weeks. But clearly they were not “fixed” properly as you can see. The last correspondence I had was with the owner on 1/14/21 in which he said “as soon as we can get you scheduled we will.” To which I replied “I look forward to hearing from you”. I never heard from them again!! Attached you can see pictures of the carpets that look like they were thrown down and the laminate that has huge gaps. Do yourself a favor and don’t let IDS add to the stress you already may be experiencing from your loss. Heather Popson (previously Shillito)
