Peter was very thorough. He showed us pro's & con's of the property we are looking to purchase. He addressed area that would require immediate attention i.e. outlets not working & flood lights not working. That we could address with seller to get repaired before purchase of home. He also went over things that down the line would be our responsibility. He was very friendly & professional. We are very appreciative of the great job that he did.

Peter was thorough and pointed out much of what we missed. This is his job though. He sat down and explained everything in a manner which we could understand. Quick and efficient. I really appreciate the pictures and access to PTPestimates.

It was my first-time using Peter for one of my client's. He was thorough and did an excellent job including changing shoes out, so that we wouldn't track anything into the house. I will definitely be recommending him in the future.

Peter Hackett and Pillar to Post were highly recommended to us by friends and our realtor when we had an offer accepted on our new home in Providence. We went for the mid-range inspection package that included infrared scanning to check for potentially hidden electrical and water issues, and it was definitely worth it for the extra peace of mind. Peter was so thorough and professional during our inspection. He arrived to the house nice and early, and he talked us through every detail as he went. He never made us feel bad for not knowing what something meant, and he was happy to answer all of our questions. We were also really impressed with Peter’s commitment to a thorough inspection- he was crawling in tight spaces and shimmying into the attic like it was nothing just to make sure he didn’t miss a thing. The report was incredibly detailed, and he even gave us a binder to store the report and other helpful information and resources related to the home. We will definitely be recommending this company to others in the area!

Peter was awesome and professional. He talked us through any questions we had about what to look for and gave us a great summary of everything he tested, while doing the inspection. We really appreciated the well organized and detailed report that we received from him the same day. We would definitely recommend Peter to anyone going through the home buying process.
