Phone reception staff hung up on me three times, put me on hold without telling me, generally not very professional.
On-call staff are very reluctant to go out to your house on a weekend if you don't have heat. They won't even pass a message on to the office - just tell you to 'call back Monday.'
My boiler failed again about 2 weeks after they serviced it - maybe coincidental, but still frustrating.
They say if you purchase a 'subscription ' for a year that they are more likely to come out if you have no heat ....trying that for a year, and if that doesn't improve the experience then I'll move on.

I had to replace my old 50-gallon indirect heat water tank and after receiving several quotes I selected Boss. Paul and his helper arrived right on schedule, worked quickly and very neatly and had the old tank out and the new one up in running in no time. It is a great unit, competitively priced with a long warranty, so I am looking forward to many years of good service. They were very courteous and respectful and happily answered all of my questions. I feel I received great value and will definitely call them again should I ever need their services for other heating and cooling projects.

Paul, owner of Boss Heating&Cooling did a great job replacing my 275 gallon Oil Tank. The office set up the date, on the morning they were coming, I got a phone call from Paul stating he was on his way. The crew were right on time. The men were very professional and courteous to us. The work was done in a timely manner, then cleanup was to my satisfaction.
I have been having Boss perform all my heating work for more than 2 years . Everything I have asked them to do has been done to my complete satisfaction.
I would recommend Boss to anybody for all there plumbing and heating work.

Paul arrived at the the agreed upon time, fixed the boiler problem easily. He was extremely competent, professional, polite and friendly. I’d highly recommend Boss for any heating issues.

Alex was on time, focused on the task to be accomplished. A true professional who exercised patience dealing with difficult connections, a credit to his demeanor. I have been with Boss for several years and have never questioned our decision.
