December 18th, 2023 – Huge Mulberry tree in my yard overturned during a storm of heavy rains and strong winds causing damage to nearby fences, large roots uplifted and suspended airborne - a shed filled with heavy equipment. Mr. Mike Perras, (V.P. of North East Disaster Restoration, Inc.) immediately stepped into the role of project manager. Under his expertise and supervision, a plan was methodically put in place to ensure all work would be done in a timely fashion. With the exception of one hiccup, which was addressed by Mike, a new plan was immediately modified and altered to have each team keep us well informed with each step along the way, and address any and all of our concerns. We are extremely grateful for this because it is natural to have some anxiety as a customer and open communication about the scope of the work then places the burden of responsibility on the workers rather than the customer. It also was a very effective method of enabling us to make informed decisions as needed. Each and every new crew that began a new section of the work were well-supervised and clearly chosen for their craftmanship by Mike. I am very grateful to Ricky, Trevor, Damon, Paul, Jonathan, Billy and Tony for their professionalism, punctuality and especially their attention to detail. Each worker chose to listen to our needs, understanding our priorities and communicate with us about any and all options. Their workmanship was exceptional and each team member was vigilant to provide us with the very best quality work. The final outcome was beyond our expectations.

It started with mold as a result of a kitchen leak. The insurance company recommended N.E. Disaster Restoration. Everyone was wonderful. I would like to highlight three of those men. Louis, Andrew, and Trevor went above and beyond my expectations. Their personalities were just as important to me as their skillful knowledge. They dismantled, demolished, and created a beautiful kitchen for our family. Every single thing from the ceiling to the floor is more than I ever imagined. I'm so thankful for this company and these men. If you've experienced anything disastrous from a fire to a flood and anything in between, these are the comforting hands you want to be placed in.
