The first I worked with BK electric was at the Connellsville Dunkin' Donuts that I was supervising, a ground up job I believe in 2020. After being a superintendent for about 23 years now, I have dealt with many trades and many companies, their owners, their employees, etc. While I wouldn't call them perfect, I will say that their work is very good, their warranty work is outstanding, and they do deliver a good product that is affordable. I always invite them to bid my projects. Thank you Brian and your team.

Waited over a month for a line to be ran and a switch put in to operate the new line. Removed my tiles in a trench to allow easy access and save my tiles. They ran the line. But broke the tiles under or over the trench making said trench bigger. Replaced my light switch for some reason and never added the new switch to the new line. Threw my hardware I had on my counter in the garbage. Swept up my broken tiles and replaced my decorative switch and outlet covers with plain plastic ones. Had to fish my shelving hardware and whatever tiles weren't broken out of the garbage. Paid over 400$ just to have my tiles broken and a permanently live wire installed. If they had just asked I could have safely removed the tiles in minutes, but now I may have to replace all the tile in my bathroom. Called to ask them to come atleast install the switch and they said I might have to pay again and would have to wait over a week anyways. Hired somebody else to come in and put a switch in and told them to not come back.

I called and was treated very well from their first, "Hello." They came and examined my 6 electrical outlets that I thought were not working. They went straight to work, examined the outlets, pushed the reset buttons fixing the nonbroken outlets. They thanked me for calling them and asked for my future business, and they did not charge me a thing! They were refreshing!

Bottom line - hire B&K Electric for your electrical work.
The whole team is great. Easy to schedule. Responsive. Show up on time. They follow up and they make sure the job is done right. They also take the time to explain what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. Couldn’t feel more comfortable having someone do work on my house.
Pricing is fair and quality is excellent.
We had a very complicated job that required some creative thinking, coordination w inspector and electric utility, and B&K delivered.
Pat is great at coordination and easy to work with. She followed up and coordinated some calls to help get things done in a pinch. Jared and Cameron were awesome leads pulling together a plan and getting it executed with the rest of the guys, and also following up w the utility to square away final details.
If you’re looking for trustworthy electricians and a company that clearly makes it a point to establish a culture of customer service and quality work, B&K is your answer.

Called to have a fixture installed and to fix an outside outlet that no longer worked. They called to let me know when they would be at my house. When they arrived, they did the job in a timely manner and showed me and explained everything that was done. Very professional and likable. Definitely will use this company again.

Very very satisfied with these electricians!! Cameron and his partner were very knowledgeable and completed the job to perfection! I felt so comfortable with them, this is the company to hire for all electrical needs. I can’t say enough bang up job!! I have used other companies or one man shows in the past and I had problems with the electrician and the work. I called B&K due to the reviews and I’m so grateful for them. They replaced everything to top notch got everything up and running beyond expectations. Thank you!!!!
