This is the best inspection I have had, and it was performed quickly. I chose this company because of the poor reviews written by others. Their responses were professional, and the reviews were clearly biased based on sellers or the sellers' agents. I renovate homes myself, but always have a secondary inspection, and these guys were pros. Their report was detailed with pictures and action items. They went in a small crawl space in the attic and up on the roof to inspect. I have had other inspectors completely avoid these areas because they were difficult to access. Furthermore, if I had any questions or concerns, they wanted me to bring them up, but any question I had was already reviewed. Would hire again. Follow up: they also send you an easy "action item" plan for each thing that they find, making requests easy to send back to sellers. This couldn't have been any easier.

Rob had did our home inspection back in March of this year and we were so satisfied. Initially he came as a recommendation from our realtor, however the sellers agent asked we didnt use him because he was too detailed. So I did some further research of my own before we agreed to use him. I found a few friends had used him and liked him. My husband and I decided to move forward with his services. Rob was early to the appointment and very prepared. We found he explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable, as this was our first purchase. Rob provided us with a clear & concise report within an hour of the inspection. This report helped us pinpoint areas that would have lead to health concerns for our family and helped us ensure we got things fixed so our home was safe for our 6 month old daughter. We were able to use his findings to negotiate with the seller and ensure we werent investing in a home that would eat up all our money. Not only were we impressed with his work, but our family was as well. We brought along our family who includes a licensed HVAC technician, licensed electrician, licensed welder and general handman, each person found Rob easy to work with , willing to be honest and a man who cares about his work.
