Prime service came out the same day I called them and resolved the problem in less than an hour!
They sent a very knowledgeable technician who explained what he was doing and why. Great service! Highly recommend Prime!
Prime was a good choice. Even in this heat they were able to schedule me within a day and a half. Tech was excellent. Explained everything in detail including charges. Will definitely call them when needed.

The young man, Michael was thorough and professional. He answered all my guestions where I understood everything he was explaining. He was very knowledgeable.
The only concern I have is having to pay for the service- in full 5 weeks ahead of when the service was actually preformed. It would be more acceptable if the customer paid on the day of the service.

Prime Heating and Cooling installed a new heat pump system in my home. The install crew was great from start to finish. Very communicative and answered any questions I had throughout the install. They were all friendly with a great attitude despite an absurdly hot attic they had to work in! Everything went great and I am more than pleased with their work.

Great service. Elijah, Jason & Chris were excellent. They went straight to work and were courteous and efficient. They explained everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend Prime Heating & Cooling to anyone who are considering having the minisplit ac systems installed.

The installers did great job in every aspect. They were very professional and respectful of me and my home. They were as quiet as possible. I am very pleased with the work they did. And they were able to complete the entire job - both heating and AC - in one day. Highly recommended!

The technicians Eli, German and the one I called “the quiet one” were all very professional and friendly. They were punctual everyday and answered every question we had throughout the process. I was amazed at how they kept my house so clean when doing such a large installation. I would definitely recommend Prime Heating and Cooling.

We have been having issues with our furnace shutting off and were referred to Prime Heating and Cooling. We received excellent service from start to finish. The person on the phone was polite and helpful in scheduling an appointment within a day. The technician, Justin, was punctual and communicated via text. He was very thorough and focused on making sure the issue was resolved. He also pointed out some things I can do so that the furnace/humidifier will run more efficiently. I wish other technicians in the past would have been as helpful.
Therefore we were very happy and satisfied with the timing, communication, knowledge, and professional manner our issue was addressed. Thank You!
