I moved into an old house recently and had typical pest problems. Called Encon and scheduled an appointment a couple days later. Ryan came over and did an exterior and interior inspection. Sprayed exterior including crawl space and baited interior. Explained the process and what he was going to use for products. Overall a fantastic experience and very professional. Everything was completed in about an hour. Highly recommend to anyone.
Have them at 2 of my properties and I can assure you that they will find the problem and correct it and will come back as many times as they need to to make sure it's taken care of, entire staff has been excellent to deal with and all very knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

We absolutely love Encon. Every single guy who has come to our house has been extremely knowledgeable and superrrr friendly! We really feel like we could be friends with them haha! Debbie is also super helpful and equally as knowledgeable! Thank you guys!

Deb in the office is very responsive and organized. Bobby the technician is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ron the owner has a great personality and is a great “pest detective”. Highly recommend!

Who would think that you’d finish your pest control appointment feeling excited and energized about the safety of your home!? But that’s exactly how we felt after speaking with Dennis. This is the perfect service for new homeowners. We paid the very reasonable fee to have our house inspected and treated for most types of pests for the whole year. Dennis talked us through all the things we need to do regularly to stay on top of our home to keep it safe and pest free. He told us about all the things to keep an eye out for, what was normal and what we should call him for. He also made sure we felt comfortable calling to ask questions at any time even if we weren’t sure it was necessary which just put us so much at ease. We even got recommendations on other things we can do in the next few years to prevent issues down the road. Overall we were thrilled with our experience. Learned a lot, felt very confident in the service we were given, and enjoyed chatting with Dennis immensely.

My experience with Encon Pest Control has been amazing. Rob came out to check out our potential problem. Nothing was found but he took the time to thoroughly look and give advice for potential problems in the future. He moved our stove to check from droppings and when he put it back it wasn’t put back correctly. He came back and fixed the problem promptly and with such kindness. Both times Rob showed up 10 minutes before the schedule time to make sure he was on time. I would recommend Encon to anyone and will call them if we ever have a pest problem in the future. Their prices are the best out there too and I did some searching around.

We had the most amazing experience with Dennis from Encon. As we are first time home buyers and this was our first experience with pest control, Dennis was thorough, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about all critters. He took extra time to help us plan for the winter and gave us tips on things to look out for for potential critter entrances. Can't wait for him to come back!

Encon is a wonderful company to work with. I've been using them for several years now on a few of my properties and they have always done a fantastic job. They're pleasant, professional, skilled, and easy to work with. Debbie always does a great job with scheduling appointments and keeping me in the loop with service calls. I recently had their technician Dennis come out to check and treat two of my properties and the experience was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. He answered all my questions, inspected everything closely and could not have done a better job! I will continue to use Encon for all my pest control needs and would recommend them to anyone!

Great company, fair pricing and amazing staff.
These guys are punctual, competitive and they stand behind their work. I had a mouse problem and reached out to several area pest control places. Encon had pricing very similar, but. I was contacted by the owner who took over 20 minutes out of his day to answer all my questions and give details. I had them out, and did see additional mice a few weeks later. When I called to ask what I should do, they simply sent a tech out again, no charge! (just days before Xmas) they are thorough! I'm happy to say the problem is done with now! Thanks Ron, Ryan, and Debbie!!! Hopefully all pests stay out of the house but if not, I'll be calling these guys no question!!
