This is my 3rd time buying a home and this was my FIRST best experience with an inspection. Eric is professional and organized and so thorough throughout his inspection. He is Attentive to details while also being attentive to any questions or concerns I had. He is very knowledgeable and up to speed with inspecting homes. Even after his inspection in just couple Hrs my realtor and I was already provided a very detailed but very easy to navigate report with all specifics. I recommend him to everyone buying a home. Eric arrived precisely on time, was friendly and easy to communicate with. He left no stone unturned, was very knowledgeable and answered a million questions as we went along.

Eric inspected our future home today and from start to finish he was exactly what we were looking for in an inspector. He discovered items that weren’t even our radar and made us more confident and informed while making the biggest purchase of our lives. He really took his time, continuously asked us if we had any questions, and was so accommodating to all of us who were present for the inspection. 10/10 would recommend.

Eric is very responsive, communicative and extremely thorough. My Fiancè and I bought our first house and Eric walked us through every question we had during the process.

Working with Eric was fantastic in every stage of the process of my home inspection. When I created an appointment, Eric communicated promptly and proactively up to the inspection. The day of the inspection he was at the home early and was extremely thorough and helpful with any question that I had. I received the report promptly and Eric made himself available for any questions that I had. If you're looking for a professional who is easy to work with and dedicated to providing a quality experience Eric and his team is the way to go.

Our inspector was Eric. He was on time, extremely professional and extremely thorough. The report is easy to read and understand complete with photos and was available within a hour. I WISH I had found these guys before we bought our first house. Using a 3rd party not associated with either the seller or the buyers realtor is what you need to do. I would definitely use these guys again. Very impressed.

Eric is the BEST! He was so professional, came prepared and explained everything. As a first time buyer things can be confusing but he took the time to really explain certain things and teach us. I showed my mother in law and some other from my job the inspection report and they said he did such an amazing job! I will definitely book with him again… there’s no reason to look anywhere else. Just book Eric you will not be disappointed at all!!

Our home inspection with Eric was great. He was very thorough with his work and explained everything to us. We are first time home owners so we don’t know much about what to look out for but Eric was very helpful educating us and even telling us how to maintain things in the future. Would recommend him to everybody
