Fantastic! Jen was great scheduling everything even during the Pandemic and the service was swift, professional, and of great quality. I had an issue with my shower door after about a week and they came right out and fixed it within a day.
I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I love my custom, high quality and seamless shower glass doors! Jenn is more than accommodating and patient. Scott came to measure and install and the job was delivered in 3-4 weeks in my new condo. I highly recommend them and I was totally satisfied with their protecting my new place during installation.

Love these people, very kind and caring. I went for a pane of glass to replace a broken window pane and they did not charge me. Someone even made an extra trip to their shop to cut it for me so I would have it before the weekend, which was so nice. Then, when I got home, I realized it was the wrong size and I actually needed 2 panes, not 1. They happily cut 2 more for me that fit perfectly! Thank you! ?

We had a great quoting, buying, and installation experience with Cumberland Glass. Scott came by to take measurements, ask what we were looking for and provide a timeline to install. It’s always great working with reliable companies - and Cumberland glass is exactly that. They built beautiful glass doors for our walk in shower and Jenn helped us get everything installed within 3 weeks!! We’re really happy with their work and how nice the glass shower sliding doors look. Highly recommend !! Thank you Cumberland Glass!

Jen and Chris were amazing!! Communication was awesome! I ordered this as a surprise for my daughter. Nick arrived to deliver knowing it was a surprise. Complete “white glove” service as promised. I live in PA. So this was not an easy thing to do. I will be using them again for my next project. Hands down….a truly reputable, customer service oriented, class act business. You can’t go wrong here. Best prices in all of Rhode Island!!!! Thank you all for helping me pull this off!!!!!!!!

I contacted Cumberland Glass after reading a number of customer reviews on their website. (Never underestimate the importance of leaving a customer review.) From the initial conversation with Jenn to the next day FREE in-home visit for measurements and consultation with Nick until the final installation of three replacement insulated glass units, my experience could not have been any more superlative. The IGUs were swiftly assembled prior to the original date promised and installation by Nick was quick, clean and professional.
This company will be the first that I will contact for any future needs and the first that I will recommend to family and friends.

Couldn't be happier w/ the service and quality of Cumberland Glass. The staff was so easy to work with. Prices are so fair and they actually charged me less than the original quote as the job took less time than anticipated - you don't find many businesses these days that operate this way! Would highly recommend giving them a call and talk w/ Jen who was wonderful and will get the job done in professional and timely manner!

Had a problem with my vinyl windows. Called Central Falls Glass who came to look at it, and quoted a price. However, they had to place a minimum order to their parts supplier, so they kept putting me off. After a month, I asked Cumberland Glass to look at it. Paul was there that day, and the windows were fully repaired with a week and a half.
