Great experience with Eastland all around. I received reminders, notification when Shawn was on his way, and a photo of him so I knew who to expect at the door. Wow! Shawn was on time, polite, very knowledgeable , and honest. He kept me in the loop with everything he was doing, and cleaned up every speck of dust he created. I will absolutely call Easyland again.
Wowzaa, cannot give enough praise of the work that Gabby did to wrap up our siding experience with Marshall BR. Showed up an hour early, took stock of the situation and got right to it. She left the areas neat and clean, everything looks great and works! Hired her on the spot for another small job and she trouble-shot another electrical issue for us, and left quotes for other project work. Fabulous, definitely would rehire.

Ended up with a same day appointment for our whole house fan and the repair only took about 20 minutes. Very friendly and professional service. Prices are a bit high, though. Our issue ended up being absurdly simple -- a control switch was covered over by insulation so we could not see it when we went into the attic ourselves. A simple switch on and things were back in order. Disappointingly, the work came to $268. Happy with the speed and efficiency though.

I can't say enough good about Eastland Electric. Today it was Authur he did excellent job wiring ceiling fan and rewiring an outlet. They are promt excellent service and reasonable prices. Every job they have done has been excellent. Had inspector compliment on there work. They will leave your property like they were never there.

Rich in particular - were wonderful, helpful, and helped out as quickly as they could. Answered the phone on my first call! The electrician, Shawn, was on-time, pleasant, efficient, and knew what he was doing. A great experience with this company!

My experience with Eastland Electric has been nothing short of a nightmare. The previous property owner hired them for electrical work last year, but they failed to complete the job responsibly by not closing the necessary permits. This oversight became a significant hurdle for me as the new owner, preventing the transfer of electricity into my name and ultimately leading to a complete power outage at the property.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I was compelled to involve Eastland Electric again, given their prior engagement. The city inspectors recommended this course of action due to the power disruption directly tied to their initial work. However, their involvement not only failed to rectify the situation but also led to Eastland Electric imposing substantial charges for a mere diagnostic visit—charges for addressing a problem their negligence had likely caused in the first place.
I have made multiple attempts to reach out to their management for an explanation and resolution, only to be met with silence. This lack of response is a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction and professional accountability. It is alarming to see such a cavalier attitude towards completing essential work and communicating with customers.
This ordeal has caused considerable inconvenience and stress, emphasizing a dire lack of professionalism from Eastland Electric. Their failure to close permits and subsequent unresponsiveness highlight a worrying pattern of neglect. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and consider my experience as a stark warning of what might lie ahead should you choose to engage with Eastland Electric. It is disheartening to have to resort to a public appeal for accountability, but potential clients and the wider community deserve to be aware of these serious shortcomings.

Our experience with Eastland Electric was very positive. They answered the phone calls!! Paulo did an excellent job explaining what the work entailed and how much it would end up costing us. He has a great personality and was very efficient. He changed out some plugs for us and diagnosed and fixed an issue with our outdoor spotlight. When he was done, he walked me through everything he did in case there were any questions. We had him come again to replace our electric panel. We will definitely call them for any future problems. I highly recommend Paulo and the company.

Continue to have excellent, thorough, and helpful work performed by electricians from Eastland. Shawn has performed work at my home in the past and outdid himself this last trip. Several issues from lighting installation to lighting repairs to tech support with our Ring and lighting systems were performed by Shawn and he did an outstanding job. He’s a consummate professional. Highly recommend!

Everything about the process with Eastland was amazing. I called needing an estimate to install a new fuse box in my garage, adjust a motion light above the garage and also to add a switch to the motion light. Paulo was incredible. Polite, professional and on time! Paulo provided me a quote and performed the work the same day! Paulo also upgraded my set-up to get it up to code! I will never waste my time with any other electrician!
