We had a great experience with K&B, Brandon & his team. Our (very old) AC compressor died on Thursday, Brandon was able to come look at it on Friday, we agreed upon the proposal and paid the deposit Saturday, the new equipment (AC compressor unit and air handler) was delivered Tuesday and the new system was installed and working perfectly by Wednesday evening! How about that for quick and smooth service! Our new system is quiet and our house is very comfortable and I'm looking forward to lower energy consumption due to the efficiency of the new system.

I would give 6 stars if they had it! Great service, friendly, and honest. We had an issue with one of our air units that was not cooling and we were in the start of a heat wave. It was 90 degrees and climbing in our home. Brandon came out the same day, which was amazing in itself, he checked our issue and fixed it within minutes. He even took the time to show us what was wrong and some maintenance tips as well. He was able to get us through for the summer and advised a more thorough inspection and fix next year, when he could have easily upsold us on a higher service repair now. Really felt that was so honest and thinking of the customer first. Brandon even took time (at no extra charge) to clean the vents in both units and explained how to keep them clean from the pollen buildup that he noticed. Price was right and service with a smile! I would highly recommend K&B Heating and Cooling and will be going through them from now on.

Brandon was recommended to us by a friend and I'm so glad he was. He retrofitted some ductwork in our attic to be more efficient and added an AC unit as well. He did a great job explaining the pros and cons of different setups and units, as well and the process.
