One of the zones of my mini split AC system stopped working. Gem responded quickly to my service request. The service techs clearly explained my service options and costs. They were polite and professional. They quickly found the problem with my ac zone and got it working. Because of the age of my system, I am getting bids to replace it. Thank you Gem for getting my ac up and running!

I am very happy with my well water pump service. David Chapman and his associate were professional, friendly and respectful. David showed me how to change my filter for which I am truly grateful. It was super easy booking online The next day the dispatcher, (unfortunately I don’t know her name) called to offer an earlier appointment. She was very polite and kind. My whole transaction was smooth and pleasant from start to finish!

The service team that installed our system did a great job. However the customer service of Gem needs work. We had two people come and take a look at the work needed done at our home. The day before my install I get a call saying they need to reschedule my appointment because we needed to fix our stairs. I understand unsafe work conditions but when you have two people inspect the job and not say anything to us before hand is unprofessional.

Since about 3 years we are using GEM to take care of all our heating and cooling systems and are extremely satisfied with all their work ! 2 weeks ago we have been served by the "Texas team" Dallas and Austin to do maintenance at our 4 air conditioners. They did an outstanding job in disassembling, cleaning and repairing our AC systems. These gentlemen shine with their professionalism, costumer orientation and friendliness and left our home cleaned up. Thank you Dallas and Austin ! I strongly would recommend GEM to anyone for any heating/cooling projects! Great people, great service, great price!

Very happy with service. They installed a hydro air system. The team was amazing. Professional, worked all day on a Friday leading into Memorial Day weekend until close to 7 pm. The lead installer took the time to go through all my questions and was awesome. Electricians were great. All around a very good experience!

I spent 11,000 for a new HVAC system. The first time using it I ended up with water and had to call for it to be serviced. The technicians told me things weren’t tightened or taped properly which led to a leak. They completed the repairs assuring me the issue was fixed. I ran the system that night and woke to water again. I am waiting repairs on a brand new system that is not even a month old for a 2nd time.

The central ac unit installation by Alecs Reyes and Marcus Mendoza is outstanding, the condenser was nicely placed they need to do some work because the side of my house is not flat. The work attitude is awesome, they also made sure I know how to take care of the unit provided some tips and showed me the basic operation of the unit.

I recently had two combination boilers installed and everything was handled with class and the end product was great. Also, GEM made it easy to apply for the rebates on the project. Thank you to the pipefitters Byron & Roselio for installing the system and Dave & Eric for doing all the electrical work!

These guys are the best. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Hands down they are the best around for electrical, Plumbing and generator installation. They just upgraded my home to 200 Amp service and I thought it would take a couple days. These guys were done in 6 to 7 hours. Very professional looking job also. Also they were friendly to boot. Thank you to the team that came to my home. They are hard workers. I will be calling them soon for garage outlets and a/c installation.
