Would never hire them. Took day off and had appt. At noon. Stacey texted me and said in Newport and don t know why they scheduled me for noon. Can I come at 5 or 6. Have to go to Bristol before you.
I texted that I have dinner plans at 6 . Can you come after Newport and then Bristol after my appt. Stacey said fine and I ll text you at EAT.
3:30 and no word. Texted Stacey and no response. Then I called and talked to Jeff- owner. He said he would contact Stacey and get back to me. 4:30- no response.
Wasted my whole day. Why would I do business with them when they did not honor my appointment nor return my texts and calls. Blew me off!

Says they are open at 10 but The last two days I went there,they were closed? Guess I’ll try somewhere else

Loved every second of it. Everyone was so accommodating to me. Even when I was difficult when choosing a color.

Just superb - everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. We had plantation shutters installed throughout our first floor - 16 windows. Danielle was so informative and helpful with planning. Jeff and Jerry did the installation. Every one of the 16 windows are perfect. They give the house a whole new look. We’re going to do the same on the second floor. We can’t say enough about how professional Blinds & Designs is. And the price was very reasonable.
