A depressing and sad experience. Two previous transactions in past 7-8 years were fine. This one was just baffling. Met in Feb to discuss new quartz countertops, sink and backsplash. After 15-20 phone calls and just as many promises , found myself in May with no quote. This was no small job. At least 15-20k. I finally used Quality Tile in West Warwick with beautiful results. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any contractor, let alone one that had done work previously. No idea what the problem is. Hope my review can spare someone our experience. They need to get a grip or expect a lot more reviews like this one.
