Towards the end of April/May I was dog sitting for a coworker and the dog accidentally set the house on fire by turning the gas stove on.
I worked closely with Steve Parker on meeting to check the damage then meet the insurance company adjuster and then start the cleanup.
Steve was amazing in his customer service with the homeowners who were away on vacation. He kept them up to date on every little detail and answered any question they had.
Steve and his team worked diligently and quickly to mitigate any issues that the family would have faced coming back from vacation. He’s the go-to PM!

RIR provided remarkable service from the moment I called them about a badly flooded and badly cluttered basement. They immediately scheduled a cleanup and mold treatment and showed up in full force to do the job. The whole crew was terrific—polite and friendly and hardworking. The project manager, Henry Reyes, was on site the entire time and was very easy to talk to about the logistics involved. I recommend RIR without any reservations.
