Our experience with Jack's Docks was exceptional. They were quick to respond when we inquired about their docks. They were courteous and very helpful.
We purchased our "T" dock from them and couldn't be happier. It was easy to assemble and is very high quality. We use it a lot. Family and friends fish off of it, kids dive into the water, we attach our paddle boat to it, and we enjoy sitting on it, soaking up the sun and relaxing. These pictures are from July...we have since added some Adirondack chairs and continue to use it often. Thank you, Jack's Docks for your wonderful products and service.
We love our Jack Dock which went together great and works well on our Deschutes River here in Bend Oregon which varies in height by a control Dam.

I ordered a dock from Jack Docks and had it shipped to Belize. I am extremely pleased with the product. Excellent quality and very good looking. I had no problem with the assembly in spite of having to modify a few things for my specific needs. I am very pleased and feel the dock was reasonably priced. Richard Mulvania

Jack Docks has got to be the easiest company to work with. They delivered the dock right to our camp. There was a few hardware pieces that got misplaced along the travels and they didn’t give a single bit of hassle when we were explaining the problem. They were super helpful when my husband called and asked them questions and they had fast responses when we had to email them once.
We love our Dock and couldn’t ask for anything easier to use. It’s super quick and easy to put in and out each season and super light. Can’t say enough praises about this company and their products. We have liked ours so much that we have recommended it to quite a few people who loves theirs now too. Our next door neighbor decided this year she was buying one as well after seeing the ease of ours vs. hers. lol. Thanks for being a great company and good products!

We have a camp on Lake Champlain on the Vermont side of the lake. This summer Vermont and Upstate New York was hit by heavy rains. The rain drove the lake elevation up nearly three feet which caused everyone in in bay docks to be underwater. I was able to single handily reposition our dock and adjusted the height of the Jack Dock legs with a 3/4 “ socket on my impact driver. I noticed as we were sitting on our dock that none of our neighbors had access to their docks, all of their docks were still submerged and some had their decking floated away. The lake is still high but we have full access to our Jack Dock because it is adjustable and easy to DIY and it. Is not necessary to wait for a local dock company to get you back on your dock.
