Excellent experience. The gentleman that came out to my house to discuss the contract and the follow-up gentleman who came to do the actual treatment were very personable and knowledgeable. They know their ants! It would be 5 star but the intial fee is very expensive.

I have used Catseye for about 8 years. At first they were very conscientious about my rodent issues. They started to get less concerned as my problem became a bigger issue in the last two years. After I suggested if they could not improve on service I would be forced to go elsewhere. Everything has turned around and they are more attentive and care about finding solutions for my issues. I know have a great technician who services my house.

I have had Catseye service for several years now, and I appreciate their hard work. I have seen very few mice (they are very relentless!) and no cockroaches since I subscribed to the service. We're considered very low maintenance by them, but I keep the bi-monthly service to ensure no rodent entry into the property and the service is successful. Contractors are knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I've also had Carguard, which is the service for outside property and I no longer have squirrels, etc. in my attic or bats in my chimneys.

If you have any critters, don’t use anyone else but catseye they will rectify the issue right away. Before I contacted Catseye, I had hired someone else and was totally disappointed. We had our entire home covered with catseye. They put screening all around the base of our porches(and there were many because we have wrap around and decks). The initial cost may seem high and it did make us hesitate initially, but looking back, it was money well spent. They are so accommodating and it's not just set it up and leave you. They constantly maintain and check the property to make sure everything is good and give us updates. Initially it was for mice, but I wasn't even aware of two hornet nests they pointed out and took care of on their last inspection. They are that thorough. I haven't met a service member that hasn't been pleasant and gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend them. We are living comfortably without any pest concerns. I don't want to hurt the environment and other wild animals, and they have accommodated me by solving our problem without any use of poisons or cruelty to anything.

They do a pretty good job of keeping the pests away and the will come out when I need them to, but when they come for my bi-monthly visits they always call last minute and the schedule is erratic so I cannot plan ahead. I would prefer a consistent schedule chosen for my preferences instead of being told someone is coming 1 or 2 days before and having to call to reschedule if I want them to come into the house to change bait in the mouse traps or fix other problems inside because I won't be there when they scheduled the visit.
