The technician, Jacob came as scheduled for inside and outside inspection. He checked and refilled mouse stations as needed- inside - none needed but he replaced old bait. In the garage and in the big station outside he replaced all stations as needed. I mentioned that we had found 1dead baby mouse and 2 dead mice in the garage. Jacob recommended a rodent proof garage seal would help. He was on time, meticulous, friendly and professional. I am quite pleased with his service.

The technician knows his craft and applied it to the problem to efficiently solve the problem. Additionally he was very polite and affable. A good reflection on the company he represents.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I contracted modern pests to come out to two of my rental buildings (10 units in total) and was paying over $1,000 a month. They came out maybe once, have lied about coming out. I have tenant calling me saying there having issues, modern pests would say they came out and told me they spoke tot he tenants only to find out they never did. I have even checked my cameras. I stopped paying because I was getting 0 services and giving them thousands. They are trying to send me to collections over this. I’ve called numerous times now trying to get them to provide services and they only respond now because I stopped paying. This company is a scam I will be reporting them and calling the Rhode Island Business association. They shouldn’t be in business. I have never seen a more unprofessional company.
