Quick, same day service even though it wasn't an emergency (yet). They were at my house within a couple hours of my phone call. Mike and Joe were very thorough and professional. Spent almost 3 hours clearing tree roots out of my sewer line. (I had a lot of roots in there! ) It is evident that they did a better and more thorough job than other plumbers have been able to do in the past. Pricing was also fair. I will now be on a regular cleaning schedule with them to keep the line clear and prevent future back ups. I highly recommend.
Nick was great and was able to unclog our sewer line quickly. He arrived within an hour after I called and got right to work! Michael the field supervisor also arrived and used a camera to unsure the line was cleared and showed me what the interior of the pipe showed. Both Nick and Michael offered tips for the future and both of them were very polite and professional.

A technician arrived within the hour and was able to figure out what was going on. He was quick, friendly and answered my questions. I have worked with them two times before and they were just as great then!

Roto-rooter was able to dispatch a technician to my home in short order to help deal with a clogged drain. The tech, Nick, explained the whole process clearly and was able to unclog the drain with some extra effort. His explanation of the likely cause of the drain blockage issue was confirmed when Mike came out to run the camera and scope the line. Everyone was professional, kind, and amiable. The technicians explained the process and pricing upfront and followed through with the work as explained. I am a satisfied customer.

An after hours emergency plumbing situation is never a good time, but I’m so glad I ended up calling my local Roto-Rooter tonight! The first phone call was efficient and professional, and the technician Nick was at my house in less than an hour (on a Friday night!). Nick skillfully assessed the multiple problems that were causing the issues, explained it in clear language, and resolved it all in quick time. And best of all, the price charged was shockingly reasonable!! I would recommend this company and especially Nick as a technician!

Nick was very professional and friendly. He explained what had most likely caused the clog and told us he would be able to complete the repair right away. Great job and great response!!!

Great service! The serviceman who arrived quickly accessed my problem, thoroughly explained the potential causes, and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. The serviceman didn’t have the necessary tool needed to fix my issue in his van, but got on the horn and had another guy with the correct device at my place in less than 20 minutes. About 45 minutes later, my problem was fixed, and all at an affordable cost I was satisfied with. I have easily paid double with other plumbing services for far l less services.

This is the first time I ever contacted Roto-Rooter and I was very happy with the service. Victor was very polite and respectful, he explained to me what he was doing and why. I was trying to understand for the future. Victor explained the pricing and how it works and even gave me some tips for down the road. The service was a little more expensive than I had expected and I understand that they are providing a valuable service that is available to me 24/7. I hope the management knows what an asset they have with Victor and take good care of this awesome employee!

Had a plumbing leak in my upstairs bathroom that came through my living room ceiling on a Sunday. Roto-Rooter was quick to respond and had a plumber there within the hour. Fixed the plumbing, scoped it with a camera to be sure it was fixed, and had a crew demo the ceiling the next day. Very clean, with protection, ram board, and a good clean up. Was affordable, considering. Plumber was a great guy, went the extra mile to remove the source of the clog. (A toy) Very appreciative. Water clean- up was the same story.
