Called this morning and he was here in a few hrs. Had to have the mainline snaked do to back up in basement toilet. Very polite and pleasant.could not ask for better . Highly recommend

I called this company because the drain pipe on my washing machine was leaking onto my basement floor. I received an appointment the same day that I called. Justin fixed the issue within 40 minutes. He did a great job and explained in detail what happened and what to do to avoid it happening again. I was also very pleased with the cost..very reasonable!

I have a rental property and the main drain pipe clogged up.
A friend recommended Sureflow Rooter Service. I called them and they responded right away and were at my property within the hour. What's best, is that hey had the problem completely resolved in 10 minutes and charged me half of what another company already had charged me just for going out without resolving the problem!
Also, what bought me over to begin with, was that they were straight up front with the price and said that if they weren't able to fix it, they would not charge me. I mean, how can you go wrong with that? It's a win win situation.

I called Sure Flow on 6/15 and they offered to come the same day but I wasn’t available so they came the next day. The two men who came (I wish I knew their names) came out and unclogged my pipes quickly. I called two other companies including scammers Roto-Rooter who came and couldn’t unclog my pipes and told me I needed to excavate and fix my drains for 10k.
Out of all the places I called to get my problem fixed Sure flow was by far the best 5 star service. Professional, courteous, ON TIME, and reasonable prices. The two men Kindly rejected my tips, but they truly deserve it. The man who coordinate services over the phone was also very professional ! Highly recommended and I will call them for all my routine pipe care/ plumbing problems.

Emailed company at 7:30 AM on a Monday morning. They called me at 8:30, they were at my house by 10:30AM same day. They finished snaking my sink drain and power blasting my French drain outside the house all within a half hour period. Justin and his helper were fantastic. Kind, courteous, and extremely professional. Their pricing was exceptional. All in $330.00
Can't say enough about this company. It comes with my highest recommendations. Thank you Sureflow.

Brian and Justin are the best. We had an urgent plumbing issue and they came out and worked tirelessly to fix it. They were honest with us throughout, priced the job very reasonably, and even repaired some of the damage done by a different rooter company. They seem like a trustworthy, family-run business. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

As a Real Estate Broker I'm always looking for quality contractors who offer fair pricing and are looking to build relationships for long-term work, etc. I found that in Brian at Sureflow Rooter Service. Excellent is all I can say, I manage a multi-family property in Providence that had clogged drains, Brian was there the next morning, courteous in his communication and scheduling and gave me the knowledge I needed for what to watch for in the future.
