Joe was our service tech. The service was excellent. I did not have a long wait. They kept in contact with me the whole time. I received a call when they were on their way to my home. I have been a customer for many years and have never had a problem.
Kyle did a great job with my a/c yearly check up . He is pleasant , knowledgeable and does a great job . He is an asset to CarJon .

Had an emergency call tonight, they were here within 2 hours, was quick to diagnose and fix. My technician Tyler was great! Was upfront about price and was affordable even thought it was an emergency visit.

I'VE been a CARJON customer since 2014,when I noticed them at my neighbor's. His thumbs up was all I needed to switch. The whole company is just great!
Today's visit couldn't have gone better. My service technician(ALEXIS SANTIAGO) was just ACES! Competent, quiet, pleasant & very conscientious, as was his report on the system. He even remembered being here before & affirmed that I need not cover the outside A/C UNIT.Everyone who works there, from ASHLEY, the helpful receptionist, to the woman who called me today to let me know Mr. Santiago was running a little late(due to an unexpected problem at the service call before mine.
I've been so happy I switched to CARJON, yrs ago instead of the BIG NAME company we'd been dealing with!Saved me lots of $$!

Great service! Service Technician Kyle was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Represents Carjon very well, and I am very pleased with the a/c and heating service we have received! Our a/c has never run better!

Jason V. was my service tech this week. He was thorough and polite. Luckily he found a small crack in my unit that could have created a huge flood in the attic.
. I’ve been using CARJON since they installed my air conditioning back in about 2007 and they service the unit yearly very professionally.

Good service, professional and knowledgeable technician, quality work. However, you will pay a premium. Charged $1,400 for a $300 part and one hour installation. Seems excessive to me. Not trying to discourage anyone from using this firm. Get other quotes and get a breakdown between parts and labor.

I had 2 different service calls in a week. One for furnace repair and one for AC service. Both calls were handled accurately and professionally. The techs explained everything and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Carjon to anyone.
