Almeida Plumbing is your choice if you want the confidence that your repair/install will be done completely and properly. They've done several different repairs in my home, and they'll always be my first call.

I was impressed with the amount of information Fred gave during his visit. It's great to be informed of how your furnace works, why it failed, and why he may recommend future repairs or upgrades based on his personal experience.

Can I give a minus 5? I had a problem with a leaking toilet flowing into to my crawlspace and called this business as they advertise 24/7 service. That's absolutely not true. They never called me back. Not even a "we'll try to get there". Nope. Didn't even return my voicemail. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Hey, Almeida Plumbing, don't advertise that you're available 24/7 for emergencies then not follow up with phone calls. I will inform every realtor and everyone else that I know that they are not reliable.
I'm updating this since the owner's reply. To be clear, my voicemail is never full and my phone lists every incoming and outgoing call. I use my phone for work so I stay on top of every call. There was NO call from Almeida Plmbg. Furthermore, informing people of their poor response is not a threat. Word of mouth is going to be one of the best ways to promote a business...or not.

Advertised as 24 hr service so called about my sink being cracked and leaking in the basement
Woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me it wasn’t an emergency that I have water leaking in my basement said I can wait till tomorrow
Will never call or use this service again

Fred Almeida did a very professional job installing a new indirect water heater. His many years in the business, and his pride in craftsmanship, showed as he researched several of the best options for us. Although an expensive investment, we felt very confident that we were treated fairly in regards to price and service. We look forward to having Fred service our other projects in the future, as our expectations were very much exceeded.
